Based in New York, JP works with the global Consumer Foods team, focusing on bakery and plant-based products.
JP has broad experience in the food industry that includes agricultural commodities trading, research, and procurement. He most recently worked at PepsiCo, where he was responsible for sweeteners procurement in North America. Prior to that, he worked at Bunge in Brazil and the US as a sugar trader, economic researcher, and export analyst.
JP holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of São Paulo and studied International Business and Trade at Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.
