Senior Analyst - Grains & Oilseeds

Sterling Liddell is a Vice President for Rabo AgriFinance (RAF) and RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness. Within RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness, he is responsible for analysing the grains and oilseeds sector. In addition he also coordinates research efforts for RAF in the U.S.

Sterling is an agricultural economist with strong experience in U.S. grains and oilseeds production and markets. Prior to joining Rabobank, he worked as a Senior Research and Development Analyst with the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation where he managed a department of four analysts, and was responsible for designing the department’s research infrastructure. Before joining the Farm Bureau, Sterling worked as an economist with Pioneer Hi-Bred International in Johnson, Iowa.

Sterling has a Bachelor of Science from Utah State University with a dual major in Agriculture and Business. Additionally, he has a Masters of Business Administration; International Supply Chain Management Transatlantic Degree jointly awarded by the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, UK, and Utah State University.
