Talking Points: Annual Readership Survey – The Results Are In!
As we firmly slam, lock, and throw away the door key on 2020, let’s kick off our first note of the new year by sharing some of the main highlights from our annual readership survey.
Loyal readers will know that normally I ask about the biggest surprises of the year but clearly that seems a little irrelevant! Instead, I asked the following two questions:
1) What consumer habits/preferences are sticking as a result of the pandemic?
2) In the world of food and beverages, what hasn’t changed during this crisis?
We’ve touched upon these issues in previous notes, but here we give voice to what our readership has been thinking. Let’s focus on the first question this month and reflect on the second in February.
